Marche, located in Eugene, Oregon, opened in August 1998. The restaurant, which seats 80 guests, has an exhibition kitchen featuring a beautiful wood-fired oven. Marche takes its name from the French word for market – a word that describes our location in the bustling 5th street Market and more importantly, our philosophy of cooking.     We had a wonderful experience at Georgie's. Though busy, the waitress was attentive and the noise level comfortable. The food and cocktails were excellent. My husband had a steak and I had the Diablo Seafood pasta, which was delicious. Both his steak and the seafood in my pasta were cooked perfectly. And the Parmesan garlic toast may have been one of the best things I've ever eaten. 😆 We got a white chocolate cheesecake to go because we were so full and it did not disappoint either. We will be back!

    Amazing! Consistently perfect. On Valentine’s Day they had a specialty menu with Wagyu, amongst other things. They also offered a glass of complimentary champagne, truffles and a single red rose. It was absolutely perfect. I ordered the ribeye, baked potato, creamed corn, Cesar salad and crème brûlée. All items were cooked perfectly and delicious.

    Marché is always amazing. The food is cooked perfectly, the drinks are fun, the wine selection and recommendations are wonderful. They have a fun ambiance with good energy but not too loud. Really a perfect place to celebrate a special ocassion.
