Excellent customer service from start to finish. The ambiance, the food, and the price point were great as well.

My family had just come from the vet after putting down our 20 yr old dog. No one was in the mood for celebration but we also wanted to gather together. The food was better than we’ve had before from the same restaurant location. All 6 of us ordered their campfire meals (3 in total). Steaks came out perfectly cooked, a little bobble on only one side (wrong dressing for the salad). They seated us rather apart from most other diners and that was appreciated.

Our server Allie was amazing. We had a large party and she checked in regularly and was very attentive. My son and his friend were entertained for HOURS! Great place to have fun and get out of the rain.

Great enjoy and service as lady service and needs

We went to this restaurant for casual dinner meeting. We ate unlimited Korean BBQ for dinner menu. There were so many choices of meats and korean side dishes. Great customer service from professional staffs , and wonderful foods. We had perfect dinner meeting at this restaurant. Absolutely, we will come again this restaurant “The Palace Korean BBQ” in Federal Way, WA.
