Arthurs Steakhouse started in 1948 by Arthurs Bates and his wife off of McKinney Avenue in the Dallas uptown District. It moved to the Gold Towers on Central Expressway and after decades, in 2001, it relocated to Addison where is thrives today. Now withstanding the test of over 70 years, Arthurs Steakhouse offers a grand setting with a Rat Pack Chic vibe and high style for guests to relax and enjoy fine dining with nightly entertainment. You are welcomed into the main dining room by the giant 600 lb Baccarat Crystal Chandelier that suspends over the main dining room. The main dining room is surrounded by 1200 gallons of fresh water aquariums with colorful fish to watch you dine. Arthurs invites you to dine with them in the same way a friend invites you to their home. You’ll most likely see dishes you’ve heard of before but with little twists here and there. Our sandwiches will be served on biscuits & we’ll have chicken & waffles on every menu. Brunch is obviously southern & will be a big part of what we do. The drinks are takes on classics like the Mint Julep but revved up & including a lot of house made ingredients. The décor has a southern influence with antebellum charm & elegant polish, stated most clearly in our reworked air stream trailer parked in the garden for VIP reservations. The whole restaurant will feel like a quirky southern aristocrat’s home…just not exactly what you might think.

We sat on the patio. Heaters worked great and it was a bit less noisy so conversation was easier. First time for my 16 yr old son who raved about the fish tacos and Mac and cheese. My gold and blue martini was excellent as always.
