- AAndreaWashington, D.C. Area •1 review5.0Dined 4 days agoMy sister and I had an amazing Thanksgiving experience here. We ordered the Filet and Tail and we could not have been any happier. Victor took great care of us and ensured we had all that we needed and more. He was kind, attentive, and recommended items to us to try. My steak was cooked perfectly along with my lobster tail, but the Rockefeller Oysters stole the show. The ambiance was decadent, much like the delicious sweet potato pecan pie. I enjoyed the seasonal gin and tonic, while my sister delighted over the Bourbon Smash---the bartender did not disappoint. I did not catch her name, but we chatted for a few about various gins and bourbons. Although this was a busy day for the staff, they handled it with grace and the kitchen staff--- I mean, they really showed out. Not a dirty plate to be noted, portion sizes were consistent with the price, and special care and attention to plating was noticed. I will certainly return! If you get the chance, ask for Victor. - RRobinNew York City •1 review5.0Dined 4 days agoWe sat at the bar for Thanksgiving and the service was friendly, quick and efficient. The main course (plant-based veggie loaf for we vegetarians) was fantastic as were the sides. Highly recommend.More infoFounding Farmers DC: Foggy BottomPrice: Moderate• American• Foggy Bottom•4.5
- BBernardWashington, D.C. Area •3 reviews5.0Dined 6 days agoAn awesome experience! Highly recommend and will be back. Made a reservation for lunch for a party of 6. We were seated within 5 minutes of arrival. We were seated in a back corner and it was very hot when we sat down. The management adjusted the temperature when we informed them. Three of us got the Chef’s Tasting Menu and I added the Wine Pairing for an extra $45. The others ordered off the lunch menu. We enjoyed everything and plenty of food with the Tasting Menu. - LLucyWashington, D.C. Area •7 reviews5.0Dined 6 days agoFilomena does not disappoint! Always perfectly cooked pasta, chicken and seafood. The place is already decorated for Christmas which makes it quite an experience with a polar bear dressed in his best and Santa not to mention all the streamers and stuff hanging from the ceiling. No place like it. Only downside is they fill the place up and it gets tight and warm down in that basement. A must for any trip to DC and Georgetown!More infoFilomena RistorantePrice: Expensive• Italian• Georgetown•4.8
