Lido’s menu is Northern Italian. The menu can be described as fresh, simple, and delicious. Flavors are layered so that each one stands out but does not compete with others in the dish. The food is organic and local whenever possible and all poultry and meats are from farms that treat animals humanely. The ambiance is modish but relaxed. Love the “tea” luncheon experience. It’s very expensive but lovely. Food is always good but again, seems incredibly expensive for what you are served. Service was excellent and we loved our waiter “elvis”

I recently dined at La Grande Boucherie where I had the steak frites, and it was a standout experience. The steak was perfectly cooked to my liking—tender, juicy, and full of flavor. Paired with a delicious béarnaise sauce, the dish was simple yet satisfying. The service was friendly and attentive, and the atmosphere was cozy and inviting. Overall, a solid choice for anyone craving a classic, well-executed meal.

Jst a fantastic evening. We had not been in so long. You easily fall into trap of thinking such places are indeed tourist traps. But this is the real deal: lovely decor, excellent food (and sizable portions), and attentive staff. And post dinner some wonderful jazz in the bar area. Cannot think of a better way to spend an anniversary in our own city!
