A wonderful evening celebrating two birthdays. I walked in and immediately loved the place. The atmosphere was classy and the music set the mood for a nice, relaxed dinner. Our server, Olivia, was friendly and very attentive. She offered explanation of some of the dishes we were considering and made recommendations - some is which we took. We had drinks, and shared an appetizer, the pasta, and the pork chop. The timing of food delivery was spot on. Overall - an outstanding evening out!

Little pricey, but GREAT date/anniversary/wanna-spoil-that-special-someone spot

I made reservations because it was the day after Valentine’s Day. I was able to get a reservation in the afternoon and they actually seated us earlier. Callie with our server and she was extremely attentive and gave good recommendations. The truffle bread with butter is what we started off with, and that was delicious. I got a glass of the Moscato d’asti and that was very tasty. I got the Bolognese which I had not had before and it was very good. I would definitely get it again. I also got an espresso martini, which was just the perfect strength. It didn’t taste like a lot of alcohol like some of them do. I got the donuts, but they were a little dry. I don’t think I’ll get them again. My date had the tiramisu which was very delicious. I’ve never had a bad meal here and I’ll definitely be returning again.

Our appetizer dinners were delicious. Our server, Carlos, was excellent, attentive without being intrusive. The staff even called to offer us a table that became available, which was more comfortable than the bar. We took the opening at the bar, but asked for a change if a table became available. Bistro V is consistently good.

We eat here frequently and are always very pleased. They are always fully booked, but I’ve never once had to wait past my reservation time. They handle the flow beautifully. Food is excellent and service always great. We sat outside on patio last night (February) and were toasty warm all evening. All around GREAT job.
