Food is always excellent as is the service. Calm vibe made for a very enjoyable Sunday afternoon lunch preceded by a drink at the bar. Very attentive waitstaff.

Loved my experience here! I had an incredible experience at Ema from start to finish. The moment I walked in, I was seated right away, which set the tone for a smooth and enjoyable evening. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, with a lively yet comfortable vibe that made it the perfect spot for a meal. The food was absolutely phenomenal—every dish was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. The Mediterranean-inspired menu offers a great variety of small plates, and each one was a hit. The hummus was silky smooth, the kebabs were perfectly cooked. Pairing everything with a glass of wine made for an even more memorable experience. Service was impeccable—attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable. Our server made excellent recommendations and ensured we had everything we needed without feeling rushed. Great experience at Gibsons Rosemont. Free valet parking which was very nice. Excellent service. And the food came out perfectly done and delicious. We came as a party of 6 for valentines day and were seated immediately. The place was 100% packed. The only downfall may have been that sitting 6 in a booth was not as comfortable as a table. I think for 6 adults it's a bit tight. We loved that the waiter showed us the raw steaks pre ordering them. It was a lot easier to choose by seeing what you're ordering. Also loved the giant ice cream dessert.

My wife and I had a wonderful Valentine's Day dinner. Our server was very helpful and knowledgeable of the preparation of every item on the menu on which we had questions. Even with a packed dining room, he kept checking in with us to make sure that all was good and made sure that we had a lovely evening. The food, as usual, was excellent. I had prime rib and my wife had branzino. Both were excellent as well as the salad, bisque, mushrooms and au gratin potatoes.
