The Carte Blanche Team is passionate about combining fresh ingredients to create a local cuisine for the Hamburg NY area. We are dedicated to creating an atmosphere that is both friendly and inviting for our local residents and visitors.During this time we must follow all CDC guidelines regarding masks. Guests must arrive promptly for their reservation wearing a mask. When moving throughout our space we require you to be wearing face covering correctly. Guests who arrive without masks will not be allowed to enter. Please understand that we are trying to keep our staff, their families and you safe during this time. Reservations are given a 15 minute grace period. We ask that if you are going to arrive late or if you have to cancel your reservation please alert us as soon as possible.     We were not expecting a set menu for Valentines Day, but there were enough choices to choose from. Everything was delicious. The scallops were some of the best we’ve ever had and the filet was delicious. The Brown Panzanella & smoked tomato soup were surprisingly different & very good. The chocolate tart with whiskey caramel, espresso Chantilly cream was delicious! We loved the whole 4 course experience & the service was wonderful. It was a much needed chance to slow down, focus on each other & reconnect. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Thank you!

    Always a consistently exceptional dinner at Mulberry, never disappoints. Took out of town business clients who were impressed with the service and quality of their meals. Of course nobody goes hungry at Mulberry with the generous portions. Kudos to our server Rene for fantastic suggestions and attending to our every need.

    The food and service were very good. Prices were a little high. As it got busier tho, the noise level was too loud. Also the tables are too close together and hearing people I don’t know talk during dinner wasn’t enjoyable
