What a gem!! Our evening could not have been nicer all thanks to outstanding service (Pam) and excellent food. The menu is inspired and varied. Every dish that came to our table was delicious. Can’t wait for the next event at SVAC so we can dine at Curate again.

We had an amazing dining experience! The staff were all amazing. We had Theresa as our server and she did an incredible job and was super attentive. Our meal was delicious. We will be back!

A perfect thanksgiving meal, small twists on classic fare that didn’t disappoint. A good serving of food for the money paid. My server, Olivia, was on the ball and professional, an excellent person to have on staff. I will not hesitate to return in the future.

the Thanksgiving buffet was extensive and most of the selections were very good. The desserts were a disappointment, however, the mains & appetizers were very tasty. All in all, it was good but not great.

What a remarkable surprise to find such an elegant yet unpretentious restaurant that is not trying to hard while achieving extraordinary flavors and combinations of ingredients. Vermont is a bit of a gourmet food desert so this is a true gem because there is no attempt to make food with foam or tweezers or eye droppers. Just exquisitely Source ingredients that shine
