Seagar's specializes in the finest prime beef and freshest seafood available on Florida's Emerald Coast, and offers a wine list that has repeatedly garnered Wine Spectator's "Best of Award of Excellence."Seagar's brings traditional elegance back to the fine-dining experience, complete with private dining options, captain service, sommelier service and tableside preparation of items that include steak Diane, Dover sole and its signature bananas foster. Excellent dining experience! We had the Surf and Turf Pasta - grilled shrimp and filet mignon with fettuccine in a Cajun cream sauce. It was so delicious! Waiters and busboys were awesome! Shoutouts to Parker and Juan!

The ambience, the staff, the food and drinks were all exceptional. We were treated like we were the only ones in the restaurant. Our table captain, Chase, was friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. Our server, AJ, kept our glasses filled and table tidy. The steaks were cooked to perfection, and the Mac & cheese was delicious.

Very appealing restaurant. Lauren, the hostess, and Karen, the server, could not have been more accommodating. The coconut shrimp appetizer is said to be "world famous", and we agree. The entrees, black grouper and macadamia nut-encrusted snapper, were cooked perfectly and delicious. Prices are a little steep, but not ridiculous. The overall experience was well worth it.
