For those of you who are not current or former gauchos who roam the prairies of Brazil, you might need an explanation of our style of service. At the end on a long day of work tending to cattle and stock, Brazilian cowboys (Gauchos) and their families would prepare great feasts.     The food was fabulous, and it was great to have ham and prime rib along with the traditional turkey and gravy. The sides were exceptional - 4 kinds of potatoes, baked squash, green beans, and stuffing. The salad bar was awesome. And there were about 20 different desserts. It was all served buffet style, and despite the large number of guests being served, there was rarely a line. The Concourse staff are really professional and made everything flow smoothly. It was a splurge, but it was well worth it.

    The New York Strip is unbelievable here. Nice establishment and very well ran. Don’t pass up the chance to try this restaurant out. It’s definitely worth a Saturday night!

    CIRC was a comfortable dining experience. The price is reasonable for a buffet brunch. Items included: biscuits and gravy, real scrambled eggs, bacon, French toast, smoked salmon, various pastries, and fresh fruit. It was a nice variety. We were seated quickly and greeted immediately. Our bar order took a long time, but we were able to immediately access the buffet. The food was fresh and tasty. Not the most luxurious buffet I've ever seen, but enough to feel satisfied. The atmosphere is casual dining.
