The food was really great, but they simply refused to provide my friend with an egg, which is on their menu. We asked several times and the staff would ignore or just laugh, but he had dietary restrictions. What is the point of having something on your menu if you refuse to serve it?

The staff went above and beyond to ensure our experience was memorable, and their attentiveness truly stood out. The highlight of our visit, without a doubt, was the breathtaking view. Overlooking the historic Zócalo, the panoramic vista of Mexico City's iconic landmarks was simply mesmerizing. Whether we were enjoying a meal or simply sipping on a drink, the view added an unforgettable touch to every moment. We spent the day exploring the historic center of the city, soaking in its rich culture and vibrant energy, and Balcón del Zócalo was the perfect way to cap off our adventure. The combination of delicious food, exceptional service, and that incredible view made it an experience we’ll cherish. We can’t wait to return and relive this amazing experience. Best cocktail experience I’ve had in a long time. Drinks were beyond delicious. Deserving of top spot on the 50BB list. The PBJ is incredible! Service was nice — very welcoming and the drinks were explained clearly — but we felt rushed; we were told we had a 90-minute seating, but came by after 50 mins for last call, and brought the bill a further 20 mins before the expected end.

Absolutely fantastic lunch with great service and white selection of beverages from around the world. Highly recommend.

We loved the novelty of dining in a sacred cave and found the menu intriguing and appealing. Unusual flavor combinations and very fresh. Helpful to have the menu in English as well as Spanish. The service was less satisfactory. The food came out almost all at once -- which felt rushed, and the drinks came out later than we had hoped after the first round of food was served. Very frustrating to have to wait 30 minutes to get the bill. Definitely worth doing!!!!
