The restaurant lived up to all the great reviews. I had the seafood pablano pepper & my wife had the linguini that came with spring, both were outstanding. Service, drinks and ambiance were perfect. The only issue is getting there. My Apple Maps got us close but ended up on a dead end. My wife remapped from the dead end where we ended up on a traffic circle with restaurants on the circle but not Casa Martin. Don’t give up, it is tucked away on a dirt drive just past the second restaurant.

An exceptional restaurant! The owner is Italian and it shows in the authenticity of the food. We went there for Valentine’s Day dinner. The ambiance was beautiful—soft lighting and live music by an excellent guitarist/singer who kept the volume at a perfect level to allow intimate dining and conversation. The pace was never rushed, so we lingered over each course and just soaked up the vibe. The service was impeccable. The staff were very polite and attentive. As for the food, it was simply amazing. We shared a superb Caesar salad and each had the carbonara, which was authentic and delicious. My wife had the chocolate lava cake and said it was fantastic, and I had the panna cotta, which was among the best I’ve ever tasted. Their martinis were generous too! We should have had wine, but wine prices are often very steep everywhere in Mexico (except Costco) compared with Canadian restaurant prices, so we went a little off-track with our drink selections. 😊 If you’re looking for a fabulous Italian meal in Cabo San Lucas, this is it. I doubt you’d ever find anything better than this if you’re looking for authentic Italian. The restaurant is spacious with plenty of parking, and it’s easy to find. Marcel and Pierre are a great tag team for an amazing experience. Very beautiful inside decor. We arrived early and they accompanied us at the “Prosecco bar” while we took in the ambience. The tasting menu is incredible everything is delicious. Wine pairs well and you can leave with it. Pierre knows his wine. Marcel serves every course. Who does that. Every single course is hard to describe with words. The mushroom cappuccino was amazing the salad absolutely tasty. The pasta they just didn’t give you enough the steak has the most amazing flavor. The desserts were a perfect cap. The price is extremely affordable for such a fine meal. Lamplight 16.

Restaurante San Lucero is a true hidden gem! The service and food were outstanding!!! We had the pleasure of meeting Chef Alex Gonzalez, world renowned chef! He took the time to chat with us and tell us about his extraordinary experience. This was a true delight! I HIGHLY recommend!!
