Restaurants near Hillsboro Historic Business District

Once again, we really enjoyed our dinner at Sotto. One of the very best in Cincinnati. We usually go there and sit at the bar, but this time we were able to secure a table reservation. It was a little on the loud side, so a bit difficult to hear. And the font on the menu is hard to read in the darker atmosphere. We ordered the chicken liver… yummy, with a lot of garlic. The short rib pasta was terrific and tasty. And we ordered the steak for the table. That was amazing and well worth the price. The potato side dish was a little on the salty side, but the asparagus was delicious. We will go back!

Our waitress was outstanding and her knowledge of gluten free options made my experience exceptional. The food was absolutely delicious and the atmosphere was pleasant. This was our first time at Pepp & Dolores. We live an hour and twenty minutes away and my wife commented in the middle of our meal that she would be willing to make the drive to just have dinner. She’s pretty selective about dinning out and that speaks volumes. The entire staff was so nice especially our hostess and waitress. Kudos to everyone especially the kitchen staff for an amazing meal.

Tonight was my wife and my first time dining at Jeff Ruby’s, and it was the greatest meal/experience that we’ve had. The live music was incredible for an entrance and throughout our meal. Angelica was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and an absolute joy. We were treated with a complimentary butter cake and it was divine. Thank you for allowing us to just celebrate life with you tonight.

While having dinner at the precinct I was treated with the most outstanding service from my servers Lizzie & Anthony. Making sure I had everything I needed and never without water. I brought in a friend from out of town and each waiter had helped explain and recommend items from the menu. I ordered the Burrow which I have had before and once again was cooked to perfection. This is THE spot to go to for an outstanding steak dinner with unbeatable service.

This was my husband and I's second time to eat at the Patriot House and the first time for our kids. We ate there with our adult son, daughter son n law and granddaughter for my husband's birthday. The waitress was very attentive and the food was prompt which was great since we had a 15 month old with us. The food was very good and the portions were a good sized which was awesome.
