I’ve been to verde many times and had a great experience. Went with my partner on Valentine’s Day and had a bad experience with the service, although the food was great as always. My partner and I were seated at a small table by the front door, which I think led to our waitress to forget about us multiple times. Our whole stay was 2.5 hours, way longer than it should have been. The Valentine’s Day menu was a 3-course meal with a limited pizza selection on the back. I asked the waitress to see the full menu to select a pizza from the main menu for my 3 course meal (Which, by the way, the Valentine’s Day menu said you could do!) and the waitress declined with an obnoxious “NO” in a very rude fashion, which was very off-putting. I will be at verde again in the future as it’s a great pizza spot, but never again on a major holiday like Valentine’s Day.

Food was delicious and portions were generous! We tried the calamari which was delicious and their waffle fries which were also yummy. We got the seafood alfredo and the seafood platter and it was also great. I enjoyed the mixed of foods on the platter.

Staff was amazing, the food for our first time there was amazing taste. The drink I had for Valentines was amazing, reminded me of an old fashioned!!! Can't wait to return

My wife and I had the pleasure of dining at The Ruxton on a random Monday night, and it turned into an unforgettable experience. We went with a mix of appetizers—grilled oysters, potato gnocchi in sage brown butter with goat cheese, Wagyu beef sliders, and king crab cocktail. It was a completely random selection, but every dish was outstanding. The gnocchi was rich and perfectly balanced, the Wagyu sliders were incredibly flavorful, and the king crab was fresh and sweet. All of it was complemented beautifully by a fantastic Sancerre. What truly elevated the evening, though, was our server, Sammy. Not only did Sammy provide exceptional service, but we also had a great conversation throughout the night. Engaging, knowledgeable, and genuinely friendly, Sammy made the experience even more memorable. It’s rare to have such a combination of incredible food and outstanding hospitality. I’ll definitely be returning—and when I do, I’ll be asking for Sammy!

I really liked this seafood in the bag spot. I'm not from Baltimore and was happy to have finally found a seafood boil in a bag spot to compare to those in Chicago. Food, service from the server, not so much the others were great, and the pricing was perfectly worth the quantity of servings.
