It’s difficult to present a thanksgiving menu and hold items for long periods of time. My suggestions would be to replace the green bean casserole with sautéed green beans because the sauce was broken and liquid in the bottom is not appetizing. Also, forget the baby whole carrots and use cut diagonal regular size carrots that will absorb the glaze. A little brun on the carrots too. Turkey was very enjoyable. Wonderful salad selections! Service was excellent! I hope staff was rewarded for their success. I look forward to being a study patron.
