The sear on the Chilean sea bass was unmatched. The side with the bass was cold, however. There was a decent bit of "server station" noise and "server discussions" we could hear from our private booth. Which, was a very pleasant surprise. I don't think we've experienced that before. Two reasons we were there was like I just mentioned and the other was because I saw that the musical duo of “ ROC and Rick was playing that night.
