- GGlenOttawa •1 review5.0Dined 2 days agoWe had dinner for six and couldn’t have had a better time, better service or better meal(s). Bekta and his teams seem to have achieved mastery here - there were so many team members serving the guests that it seemed there was always someone nearby to make eye contact and come over to help us. The food was prepared so well that we were able to relax about judging if we ordered the right meal - every meal seemed to set the standard for how it should be done. And the ambiance was perfect for a birthday celebration. I wish I could remember our server’s name - she knew the menu so very well and had a great sense of humor. Thank you!More infoGezelligPrice: Expensive• Contemporary Canadian• Downtown•4.7
- PPatOttawa •1 review5.0Dined 5 days agoExcellent meal and service! Being vegan, our choices in Restaurants are limited, and usually predictable. The plant-based menu here is deliciously delightful, and our selections were completely satisfying, savouring it all to the last bite! Our server was completely knowledgeable, attentive and responsive! It has become a favourite choice for dining out!More infoMilestones Grill + Bar - PinecrestPrice: Moderate• Global, International• Downtown•4.4
- MMailaOttawa •1 review5.0Dined on 15 Nov 2024The service was phenomenal and the food was outstanding. We were hesitant to ask but did end up politely asking to move to a quieter/cozier area and the server made it a smooth process. The explanation of the origin and background concept behind the restaurant was interesting. The bao buns, sushi, waygu sliders were perfectly cooked. We also loved the angry chicken! The view of the spa and twinkly lights was lovely.😊 Everything was reasonably priced too:)More infoRestaurant KatoPrice: Very Expensive• Japanese• Gatineau•4.7

- NNadiaOttawa •1 review5.0Dined on 9 Nov 2024I applaud de concept, it is very good. Our party enjoyed the evening and found the over all experience to be exceptional. Atmosphere was 10/10! Service was 10/10 - I have no notes. They are friendly, casual, charming, ...I am running out of adjectives but they are so very very pleasant and worth an extra 10% tip to the normal tipping convention. We chose the "small plates" - confirmed they are generous and yes you can trust the waiting staff. The plates of kangaroo tatar, the creamy onion soup with focaccia where exquisit. One of my party members also greatly enjoyed the orange roughy ballotine - however the tapioca tile was hard enough to corrupt a crown. As a person without any artificial dental interventions I can also attest that it was inedible, I hope they can create a tapioca lace with pearls having a styrofoam or lighter consistency. Roasted squash risotto - lobster tail ect... nice flavours, is good - but meh. It is not very impressive. Beef flank steak - salsa macha.... yeah again "interesting" and it is good - but underwhelming for 31$. I had the crab ravioli - I will not order it again. Looked amazing but lacked flavour and well maybe this was a test run,as I can see it is not on the online menu. Bisque base - good idea! But the ravioli lacked flavour and contrasting elements in the overall dish, the texture of the food as a mouth feel - nope, no good - I do not like. It should have been a crab cake or reinterpretation of crab tempura style dumpling. Now that - would have been cool and addictive or crave worth - "yes - more please". Which I imagine is the idea and following chefs try to create. We will likely visit again, the experience is well worth having! I thoroughly encourage it. Next time I think we will explore the "discovery" menu or experience. Many thanks!More infoAntonymePrice: Very Expensive• Contemporary French / American• Gatineau•4.7
