Heirloom is a full-service restaurant that is located in the historic Athenaeum Hotel on the grounds of Chautauqua Institution. From June 22nd - August 24th we offer breakfast, lunch and dinner daily. On Sundays we have a wonderful brunch buffet and offer a buffet dinner only. Starting May 1st a lounge menu is available 11am - 9pm daily. Reservations are not required for prior to June 22nd.

    This was our first time dining at Stella and the experience was beyond our expectations! Everything was just amazing….from the service to the food, we could not have been more impressed! The comfortable ambience and the perfection to which our food was prepared made for a wonderful dining experience! We will definitely be returning! Thank you!!

    I thoroughly enjoyed my two visits to Afterwords. The walk from the hotel was short and beautiful. The atmosphere was classy yet casual, with high ceilings and comfortable seating. There's a sommelier on staff, and I was pleasantly surprised to find a type of wine I like on the menu that you can't find just anywhere. The charcuterie offering made a nice dinner, including the arugula with tasty balsamic blaze that came with it. My server, Bear, was great. Wish this group would set up shop in Asheville where I live!
