Aloha, we are open daily from 7:00am to 11:00pm and are located on the waterfront of Waikiki Beach inside the Outrigger Reef Waikiki Beach Resort. We accept reservations & reserve a large amount of space for walk-ins. If your desired reservation is not available, please join our waitlist in person daily. Happy Hour is available daily from 3:30pm-5:00pm (excluding select holidays). Our chef driven concept is led by the classically trained, award winning chef, Peter Merriman.     Mina’s was absolutely amazing!! We started with the fish dip and their twist on a ceasar salad and both were outstanding! For our main courses, we all had one of the fish specials, mahi mahi and marlin, and they were all amazing! Rickie was an awesome server along with the entire staff being extremely responsive, prompt, and hardworking. I will definitely visit again during my next trip to Oahu.

    The Monchong fish “gumbo” was perhaps the best fish entree I’ve had during these two weeks in Ko Olina. It was not a soup at all, but a delightful fillet of fish with rice, corn, zucchini, and even some delicious sweet cornbread snd 3 shrimp! Two of us had it, and we both loved it. The third member of our party had a burger which she also enjoyed thoroughly. Of course, we started with the Ahi tuna tacos, which are obligatory and we ended with strawberry and dreamsickle cream pies. The music was most enjoyable and service by Blaze was outstanding. He is full of information and charm! great evening!
