The Story of Josephine’sThe story of Josephine’s begins during our executive chef Daniel LeBoon’s childhood. At eight years old, working for his father’s catering company, Daniel discovered a passion for food. This love — and undeniable talent — saw him intern at Philadelphia’s prestigious Le Bec-Fin. He went on to work in Paris at the venerable Hotel Vernet working under the renowned chef’s Alain Solvere and Alain Ducasse. Great dining experience. The staff was so friendly and the chef was outstanding. He was a White House chef for several presidents. He brought his expertise and flare to Pennsylvania. We are from New York and are no strangers to great restaurants. This restaurant is the top of the list

We love the fillet of flounder sandwich as well as the fried chicken sandwich we asked for french fries to be cooked crispy and they absolutely were. Carrie is a great server. We look forward to coming back soon.
