Meander embodies relaxed indulgence. Be prepared to enjoy your multi-course meal carefully and thoughtfully crafted by Executive Chef Dan Gullickson, who designs the tasting menu each evening. Courses range from five to 12, depending on fresh ingredients available from on onsite greenhouse, the season, and any themes we may be highlighting (such as Chinese New Year or St. Patrick's Day).Our bar is finely curated to offer mid- to top-shelf spirits, with an curated wine and beer list. All mixes, salts, and syrups for cocktails and mocktails are made in house and augmented with fresh ingredients.     Entire experience was 5 star 🌟 !!! Our waitress appeared to be the only one, waiting on all tables with grace and efficiency. The gentleman helping her, refilling waters, clearing plates, etc., was also very kind, polite and attentive. Every course was delicious, cooked perfectly, and the best filet we've every had.     I’m a Manager at Minerva’s and have only been to Dakota one other time a few years ago. This was date night and everything was perfect. The food was delicious and our server Sarah (with the black hair) was amazing! We will definitely be back.

    Food was amazing and really creative. Was a little worried about limited menu for Valentines Day but from the salad through the dessert, and my husband even said the olives in his dirty martini were better than average, all 5 stars. Best meal in a long time.

    The Tenderloin and lamb chops were perfectly cooked as we ordered them, very tasty and tender, the scallop potatoes and the truffle mac & cheese was excellent. Highly recommend this restaurant.
