- GGeneTahoe / Reno Area •1 review5.0Dined 2 days agoLa Strada has become one of our local favorites, and for good reason—it serves some of the best pasta dishes on earth. As someone raised in an Italian American family from Chicago, I can say the flavors here are authentic and unforgettable. We recently celebrated my wife’s birthday, and the lamb chops were absolutely incredible. Perfect atmosphere, amazing food, and always a memorable experience! Highly recommend. - IICELYNNChicago / Illinois •8 reviews5.0Dined 4 days agoEverything was top notch from the moment we stepped in. Our server Jeremy was excellent; so friendly, outgoing, and had great recommendations. All support staff was outstanding as well. Ok now about the food...we started with the oysters...wow! They were from B.C. and were perhaps the creamiest, most buttery oysters we've ever had. They were not large oysters, but packed full of flavor and wonderful texture. We had the crispy eggplant as a side and we were so surprised by this dish. Unexpectedly amazing. Lightly battered small chunks...fried to delicate perfection! For our main dishes, we had the crispy salmon (crispy was an understatement...perfectly moist and tender with amazing crisp skin topper) and Chef Ramsey's specialty, Beef Wellington. As expected, it was perfection...literally melt in your mouth goodness. Highly recommend, this experience was fantastic!More infoRamsay’s Kitchen by Gordon Ramsay - Silver LegacyPrice: Very Expensive• Steakhouse• Reno•4.1
