Once again on our 8th Birthday Dinner for Mary, we came with happiness and left with same.The supper items we ordered the Prime Rib and side of mushrooms were perfectly presented as we ordered. The Pinot Grigio. Italian is exactly what we wanted, Ruffino's is superb. The main energy for the evening was for and from our Server Person Derek, what a catch for THE CANNERY to have him. He is a professional with all the attributes of a perfect server and greatly experienced to be sure. Derek actually made our evening and we are grateful for that. All in all and we are modest but former business types and world travelled , so when we comment on Derek we actually know what we are talking about with great joy. Could not have asked for a better evening to celebrate our 25th anniversary. From the way we were greeted, to being seated at one the best table and then to given sparkling wine, all of which set the tone for the evening. Our server, Laura was amazing and so knowledgeable. She recommended the perfect wine to accompany our meal. The food was delicious as always. Can’t wait to come back. Thank you to all that made our evening so special.

It is a lovely restaurant, with delicious food and excellent staff. We thoroughly enjoyed the evening out.

Lovely ambience and fantastic service. We highly recommend dining at Oaklands at the Riverbend Inn.

The atmosphere and location is lovely and food was delicious. The only disappointment was the service. When I asked for vinegar for the fries the server replied that they don't have vinegar. Seriously? In a winery? Even if they dont have bottles for the tables, a good server would have gone out of their way to bring a small cup of vinegar from the kitchen. That's what average restaurants do so I was shocked when she just said we don't have vinegar. Disappointing for a winery of this level.
