It was our 35th anniversary we celebrated it with our grandaughter also, she is 20 & loved it as much as we did. Staff was wonderful, friendly & helped us celebrate with a cake with a special sparkler in it which was amazing. Food was delicious & each item came out & the perfect time, no rushing dinner. Restaurant was decorated for the Xmas holiday & was beautiful. Thank you Sam’s Steakhouse for a amazing evening!

One of my three favorite restaurants in STL and the perfect place for a fantastic birthday dinner with my wife. A couple of things to note: when I asked for a recommendation on a white wine to go with my dinner, our waiter brought out two different samples for me to try instead of just the one I asked to taste. I went with the second option that I hadn’t even expected to try. The other was the noise/music level when we first arrived was noticeably higher than it normally is. Within 15 minutes of arrival, however, it had been turned down. Food was terrific. North Atlantic Salmon was perfectly prepared. And the Pumpkin Dessert was delicious.

I Adore all the 801 Chop locales, my first time at 801 local (across the street from Lifetime-Idyllic) The bustling warm ambiance was immediately cozy & Familiar. We were greeted & seated within 5 minutes, our Waiter Kevin was prompt, attentive, friendly & recommended the Best Wine (Paul Hobbs Pinot Noir) the Seafoood Crab starter—Divine, rich & indulgent—Filet Mignon, perfect & cooked exactly to order! Thank you Tabor for checking on us & assuring we had a Phenomenal meal. Definitely order the table rolls, they are Divine with truffle butter I could take a bath in 😸🫶

Unmatched table service. We eat out at very nice restaurants fairly frequently, but this was exceptional. Brian and Alex teamed up at our table and gave impeccable recommendations, preparations, and boxed up our food with style. The presentation of my husband‘s steak, hot on a serving cart, with juices ready to pour on it was stunning. We were truly impressed.

The service by the employee's on Valentines Day was excellent. We have always enjoyed the Valentines Day Dinner.
