We are a passionate group of cooks who do not cut corners and hope that is evident when you try our food. Our signature dish is a bone-in beef rib that is sous-vide before grilling over an open wood fire and finished with rendered bone-marrow. We are a high-low, fine-casual concept making simple, seasonal American cuisine inspired by the culinary traditions of Italy, France, & Spain. Expect to see dishes that you are used to seeing at fancy restaurants & some you would typically find at a drive-thru or dive bar. but they all are served on a plate from Goodwill. Our menus are ever-changing, not just by the season but by the day. we embrace change, creativity & inspiration every chance we get.For groups of 2 people, we recommend ordering 4-6 dishes from the three sections of the menu (depending on how hungry you are!). for example - 2 snacks, 1 small share plate, & 1 large share plate.The food is designed to be enjoyed family-style.     One of the best restaurants we've been to in the Pacific Northwest recently. The interior has a really cool, artsy vibe and the service was excellent, providing menu selection tips and recommendations. The focaccia with mortadella, mozzarella, alfredo, and parm could've been a dessert it was so yummy. The ricotta gnocchi was also delightful but their black cod stole the show with serrano ham, mussels, chiogga beets and broth -- who knew that combo of ingredients would taste and look so good!

    Amazing. Cocktails Apple Gala so delicious! I am not a brandy person, but I decided to try it and boy. I’m glad I did. Steak hash surpassed expectations. The soup was amazing a Florentine with potato. Pork sliders also a big hit. Wonderful place for a friendly brunch or a date. Thanks!

    My husband and I don't usually go out on Valentines Day but this year we thought we'd give it a try. I made online reservations at Anthony's for a late lunch. We were greeted warmly and were told we would be seated shortly. We made our way to the bar and noticed how busy the restaurant was but it looked like it was well staffed. We were pleasantly surprised by getting a window seat. Each table had a fresh bouquet of flowers, nice touch. The waiter went out of his way to accommodate out dinner request. Our personal favorite was the steamer clams and bread. We will back next year!
