Brunch was exceptional! Food, service, the creativity of the menu, all above and beyond expectations. Strawberry Crunch Pancakes are an instant favorite! And the Blood Mary was perfection. Alice B's is my new favorite spot in Palm Springs!

We had some issues with the food we ordered and our server was more than accommodating. They did a wonderful job of making it right for us. We had the lobster Mac and cheese and it was phenomenal! The soup of the day was cream of mushroom with a truffle oil and it was to die for. Definitely check them out.

Palm Springs is home, we therefore enjoy many dining options year round. It had been a couple years since we last dined at 849. After this past week’s dinner, we will absolutely djne at 849 frequently! Awesome service. We had a table outside, in the evening, very comfortable. And the food! OMG! There must be a new chef! We had oysters snd a carrots with hummus appetizers; both great. Main courses were lobster with pasta and fried chicken with salads, again both awesome (the salad dressing amazing). Strongly recommended!

This was our first time dining at The Steakhouse and we were pleasantly surprised at the quality of the food and value. We were there for Valentine's Day and they were offering a special four course menu. Everything was excellent, and frankly, much better than I expected from a restaurant in a casino. We were lucky enough to be able to switch from a table to a booth (thanks to our server Ken who made it happen). We started with the sauteed escargot and it had a generous portion of escargot and had a delicious sauce. I understand it used to be on the regular menu but now only appears for special events. They should put it back on the regular menu because I would come back just for that. We also had an order of prawns, which were large, fresh and served with two sauces. We also enjoyed the corn and lobster bisque (which was very rich), and the Steakhouse salad. The only disappointment we encounterd was that we wanted to order the ribeye steak but they had run out by the time we placed our order. Instead, we substituted the petit filet mignon and a bone in New York steak. Both were a perfectly cooked medium rare. The filet was accompanied by a bordelaise sauce that was very flavorful. The NY came with a chimchurrie sauce, that was good but unnecessary. For dessert we enjoyed the old fashioned devil's food cake, that was incredibley rich. We had great service, our cocktails were perfect, and the food was delicious, so we will definetly return to The Steakhouse on future trips.

What a gem! Terrific food where some old standards are given a little twist. The General Tso cauliflower is unrecognizable…in a good way. They do a thing with chicken in a deviled egg that makes you wonder which came first. Staff prompt.attentive and friendly; prices reasonable. In a great spot for doing some home design shopping, then discussing over dinner. Four stars.
