Restaurants near Talisman Mountain Resort

The food was incredible. But what surprised us even more was how they went above and beyond. The extra little touches, like a sign on the table congratulating my husband on his retirement. A little extra treat at the end. And accommodating our requests with a smile. It was a lovely experience.

Arguably the best restaurant in Collingwood. Great euro style vibe with food that is always on point. Nice bar with professionally crafted cocktails. Wait staff are top notch and pay attention to detail. Every time we have dined here the owner is present and extremely engaged with the entire operation and the guests- he obviously takes a lot of pride in his establishment as he should he has created something special- you will not be disappointed. The only caveat to keep in mind is the noise level on busy nights- it can get somewhat loud, simply because everyone is having such a great time.

Really nice spot and the service was really good, waiter very friendly! The starters were delicious. Two of our party had the shaved prime rib sandwiches which were okay. I had the chicken cob salad which was also just okay. Prices are quite high for what you are getting and I really want this place to succeed!

We dine at Fabrica several times per year and the service and quality of food is consistently excellent.

We went for my son's 20. We have been on a couple occasions before. Food and service were fantastic. I have to recommend the lamb shank. It's new to the menu this fall I was told. Is just a great place to be. The village is lit up for Christmas outside, the fire place is going. Just an all round inviting place.
