   Everything was delicious. Our waiter Thomas was just great. We had the chocolate soufflé for dessert, which is absolutely amazing. I really enjoy that restaurant.

   This was not our first visit to La Nouvelle Maison, and I'm sure won't be the last. Appetizers (beet salad and fresh oysters) and main course (Wagyu short rib beef bourguignon and duck) were fantastic, as was the Grand Marnier souffle for dessert. Our waiter, Aaron was the perfect combination of attentive, helpful and professional. Once again, our first choice from the wine list was out of stock, but our second choice was delicious.

   100% better than expected. Energetic crowd, top service. The food was better than expected and they remembered to bring a birthday dessert for my guest. To top it off, I had my car washed and cleaned inside and out with i dines for just $25.00 ... Valentines Day here We come...

   This is certainly our most favorite restaurant in Boca. The staff is super friendly and really go out of their way to make you feel welcome. When friends come to visit us we always have to take them to La Nouvelle Maison!! Perfection in the meal!!

   Stellar restaurant and exceptional service. Foie gras pate is beyond delicious. Florida salad, red snapper, and dover sole excellently prepared. The most elegant, and best, dining in Boca.

   We had a wonderful time. It was Monday and the caviar was amazing and half price. The other entrees were also great. Our server Thomas was excellent with his help and was speaking French to us that helped to make the experience even better

   Always a 5-Star Experience! Sunday evening was very quiet which was very nice for a change, especially considering we're "in-season"! We had the Rack of Lamb, which was off the charts amazing, and believe it or not, my guest asked for mint jelly (which I never figured they would have), and to my surprise, Yes, they did! :) My Mediterranean Seabass was awesome, it was the special of the evening. We met the new bartender Christina who waited on us. She's very sweet and very efficient. While still relatively new, she's learning the menu and able to make good suggestions. As always, a special thank you to Virginia, who I swear never takes a day off, as she always make everyone feel extra special.

   We ate here on a Friday night in season at peak dinner time. Everything from when you walk in the door to eating your meal was exceptional. The food was delicious and staff was very knowledgeable on all the dishes offered. We got a lot of food- French onion soup, beet salad, caviar, crab claws, chicken, and the duck. All the dishes were very flavorful and unique. The service was perfection. Todd knew the menu and loves his job. He was so thorough and attentive even though the restaurant was packed with not a seat to spare. Highly recommend this restaurant.

    The food was incredible-I had the snapper which was a sizable portion and it was cooked to perfection. The beet salad is very delicious. The bread-the best anywhere! However, the main server tried to impress with his use of French which was a little annoying but not a big deal. The problem was, he was hovering over us when we just met up with our dining companions and while we were trying to have a conversation just so he could explain the specials. He seemed to be constantly lurking about and listening to us. He pushed the soufflé really hard numerous times and finally, when it came time to pay the bill, he said “Don’t forget, you can always leave the tip in cash”😳 It made us all feel awkward and uncomfortable and was an inappropriate thing to say. Sorry to say, he needs to find a job somewhere else . . .
