   Took well over an hour to get food after we ordered and when we got it it look and tasted like it was cooked with a heat lamp the table next to us had the same issue and when they spoke with the manager he just gave them a story about how busy they are and that it happens some times so I don’t think they really cared

   Had a reservation for 6. Waited 30 min for table anyway…again despite reservation - table in a zone right next to waiting area / hostess. So, deduction for service based on time to seat after time reserved and table location. Waitress was very good and even put up w my brother. No ice for water. Good appetizers (dumplings, seabass sliders, meatballs, cheeseburger sliders, bisque). Solid mains for most - sea bass, pasta, etc. The chinese salad w shrimp - no bueno- a soggy, tasteless mess. I could have done better at home in 10 min vs the execution here. So, dinged for food quality and price. Hence, a solid 3. Id go here possibly again at less busy time and not order a salad.

   Our server, Blake, took great care of us. He knew the menu well and his recommendations were perfect. Blake had several tables but kept checking on us to make sure we had our drinks, got our food, and followed up on drink reorders. We enjoyed the excellent food and were well taken care of.

   I had the Mac Nut Chicken, great choice, tender and tasty, the nutty taste was amazing and the texture was appealing.

   Had a reservation for 6:45 and ordered our food and drinks at 7. Didn’t receive our food until almost 8:30. Waiter was non existent and just kept saying our food is being built. Once we finally did receive our meals it was terrible all around. Our steaks were cold and dry and the salmon was way over cooked and inedible. Will not be going again.

   I was visiting Boise and decided to stop by for happy hour with some colleagues. We had a very Outstanding service, and amazing food, can’t wait to go back.

   We had reservations, ordered within minutes of being seated, waiting 2 hours for our food, only for the server to tell us our ticket was behind 11 others and it would be another hour. No offer for appetizers or compensation. We walked out. When we walked out we noticed people who were seated at the same time as us (no reservations), who clear ate. I was just disappointed with the experience and we left very very hungry.

   Arrived at 6:30pm for 7pm reservation. Host stand was very disorganized. Finally go sat around 7:45pm after asking the host stand multiple times. Ordered food around 8:15pm. Food took over an hour to come up. Server was great. Food was good. Spoke with the manager and he helped with the bill but about 3 hours for dinner with a reservation is a bit ridiculous.
