Kokkari (pronounced “Ko-Kar-ee”) is a small fishing village located on the islands of Samos in the Aegean Sea, whose name is derived from the small onions that were once produced in the nearby fields. Its fertile soil and Mediterranean climate translated into an abundance of fresh produce as well as treasured seafood and game. Legend tells that Kokkari is the site where Orion, a mighty hunter and a young man of gigantic stature and great beauty, fell in love with the daughter of the king of Chios. For the love of her, Orion forged the island for wild game and seafood to prepare elaborate banquets in celebration of their love. Always An amazing experience! Everything on the Menus is dependable and superb. We had an extra person and a miscommunication on our reservation however Val the lead hostess and manager made a huge effort to accommodate us and ensure we could fit our guest. I’ve never seen a manager go through so much effort and be as gracious as Val was and go above and beyond to help us out. Thank you Val.

Service was wonderful and very fast food was ok I take the lamb chop tasty but less good from the original in Greece also taste same dish in London and Moscow In the other restaurant it’s being more good

Loved our food, from the persimmon appetizer to the lamb chops, served perfectly by Shane our server. Excellent service and dining. We’ll be back!

Always try to catch me for the holidays- always beautiful. Food and service was excellent - very popular and crowded, so be ready for a noisy dining room. The goat stew was excellent - great list of Greek wines.

We had a wonderful dinner and I can’t wait to go again!! We were promptly seated for our reservation. The server offered us drinks right away. We had the spit roasted lamb (the special of the night) and the whole grilled branzino. Oh, started with the lamb meatballs and grilled artichokes and peppers. Finished the night with the ice cream sundae. Everything was outstanding!
