   i always come here for valentine’s day ! The sushi is great as well as the the walnut and blue cheese salad . However the BUTTER CAKE is why i come !

   This restaurant is really incredible! We didn't know about it and we are pescatarians so it is perfect for us the food was absolutely delicious the service was really great and a super Ambiance and place to eat I would definitely recommend it to anyone

   We arrived for our opening reservation to a mostly empty restaurant My husband was using a Walker and the hostess seated us all the way over into the bar….later another party with an elderly woman using a cane (plenty of restaurant seating still available) her party was seated behind us. Hostesses ( young) should take into consideration of people with mobility problems when assigning seating when there are many options available Our food was great service was a 4 ( since it was during opening hour and few occupied tables) Btw coffee was look warm Love this restaurant and it’s a favorite was a little disappointed for the first time since it opened in The District Still gave 20% plus tip in cash

   We booked our reservation about 5 hours early and luckily got a table. Me, my wife and 2 girls got there a 20 minutes before our 6:45 scheduled reservation. It was rush hour there. It was very busy. 6:30 on a Saturday night. We waited to be seated and eventually 645 rolled around. Our request on the reservation asked for a booth seat. During our time sitting waiting for our reservation, probably 10 groups or more walked into the restaurant and they were all asking for a booth. We finally were seated at 7 PM. The manager greeted us and told us how sorry she was about how long we waited and that she would give us a couple free appetizers and she apologizes again for the wait. We sit down at the table and it is a beautiful booth in the middle of the restaurant. The waitress comes up and said so I heard you guys had a long wait, well I’m sorry about that. It sounds like the manager is gonna give you guys a couple free appetizers she asked for our app order. we ordered the calamari and the crabcakes both tasted great. They also brought bread for the table. Me and my wife ordered cocktails. I don’t remember the names, but they were very good. They were nicely made craft type cocktails for the entrées. My wife ordered the Mexican Seabass, breaded and baked. With the cauliflower side. I ordered the Chilean Seabass with spinach and mashed potatoes. My youngest daughter ordered the kids meal shrimp with fries and a cup of clam chowder. My older daughter ordered a large bowl of clam chowder and a baked potato. We are very happy with the experience at King’s Fish House as a family every Saturday night that’s one of the things we do is go out to dinner together and we like to try different types of restaurants. This is one that we would love to go to again and again. The food was great. The staff was very nice and attentive.   in the end both of the soups and both of the apps were free $60 value.  That was nice of them.  The bill was $170.  we would totally go here again.

   We chose to have dinner at Kings Fish House for our 12 year wedding anniversary and couldn’t be more pleased! It’s rare that we are beyond satisfied with service, food and experience! Thank you for such a wonderful evening!

    Have always enjoyed our visits here. We made reservations for early dinner, but it was very crowded for a holiday weekend on a Sat evening. Therefore, we did not get seated immediately, even though we saw several open and cleaned tables. The noise level was more "noisy" than "energetic". Only down points just noted. Our dinners were tasty and the server was pleasant and attentive. We Prefer coming there for lunch on a weekday when it's less crowded and more relaxing.
