We had not been in years so were expecting what I call the original. This is now more like fast casual dining with soup, salad burger’s and very few Mexican dishes. Not what we hoped for.

We reserved stable for 4 on New Year’s Eve. When you arrive, we are immediately seated at our table. It took a server 15 minutes to come and give us water which he spilled. He then asked if we would like appetizers or drinks. We asked for a few minutes to order drinks so we could look at them. We had to wave him down after 20 minutes to take our drink order. It took another 20 minutes or so to come back with our drinks and for us to order appetizers. Then he disappeared again and we had to wave him down again to order our food. I imagine they were slammed although it did not look that busy. Service was very slow. It took us 2 1/2 hours to eat appetizers entrée and dessert.

Overall we had a great experience. Our server, Jennifer, was very friendly and attentive. She brought us complimentary desserts for the birthdays we were celebrating. The food came out on time and at the same time so no one was waiting for their order. The winter salad exceeded expectations and was not expensive and the chicken quesadillas were delicious - definitely large enough to share as an appetizer or even a main.
