Ka’ana, meaning “to share” in Hawaiian, delivers farm-fresh, seasonal and sophisticated food utilizing the unforgettable rich island flavors of Maui. The menu is curated nightly to stimulate a sense of adventure, adding local tastes and aromas with twists.

The restaurant offers a unique, residential style setting with views of Mokapu Beach and the cascading infinity pools of the resort. The restaurants outdoor dining offers you front row seats to the sun setting over the horizon, or the indoor seating offers you a show as you watch the chefs create your dinner in the open-aired kitchen situated in the middle of the restaurant.

    The Xmas dinner buffet was NOT worth 200$ per person. While the ambiance and service were decent, the food simply didn’t meet expectations for a luxury establishment like the Andaz. I wouldn’t recommend it unless they significantly improve the quality of the menu. Definitely not worth the price.

    Great food and service. Menu is a bit limited. When using open table, need to calm to make request for a better table. All 5 of our reservations this week ( made 2 months ago) were sat by kitchen or high traffic areas - bummer to have zero views and so much noise - Sat by front door twice. Crazy traffic .

    For starters, the lady at the front desk was super nice to both my wife and I. It was my wife’s birthday so we wasted no time and started with drinks (drinks hit the spot). The food was magnificent, the ambience was perfect especially for both me and wife being that we haven’t had a date night in quite a while. Everything was perfect and couldn’t have asked for more. Thank you Ka’ana Kitchen staff!

    Best restaurant in Maui. We have dined at Ka’ana Kitchen a few times. The food in Maui is very good but this restaurant is a true dining experience. Each dish is outstanding with beautiful presentation and excellent service.

    Excellent. Our third dinner here in a month. Romantic sunset, and later moonlight and stars, on the lanai. Terrific service from Tia. We love so many favorites: tonight--Watermelon Salad with fetacheese and li hing mui, Coconut clams, breadfruit, brith and grilled bread. Wagyu Hangar with Vietnamese salad. Buttermilk Fried Chicken with black sesame mochi waffle, jalapeno and green beans.
