    We love all Oliver and Bonachini restaursnts so chose Jump for our dinner party of 4. Two of us had excellent meals - both the Jump burger and lamb chops were divine. Our dinner partners had different experiences. One felt the calamari dish was bland and the other said her pasta ragu was a little skimpy on the sauce. There was a very large group in the private room so maybe the Chef was a little distracted? We will still return. It’s an O & B restaurant after all.

    Food was underwhelming. Actually found a small fly in 1 of our wine glasses. We told the waitress but she seemed to take it personally. Besides that it was a quiet ambience. Lights a bit too dim to read the menu in my opinion. 2/5

    Everything was great when we walked in. However, as soon as we got our first course, service and food deteriorated very fast. We waited close to 45 mins for our mains to arrive once we told our server she gaslighted us saying it has only been 12 mins. Our reservation was at 6:30 and the mains didn’t arrive until 7:37. The food arrived cold and it was such a disappointment. The dessert was also not what we imagined chocolate hazelnut to be and overall very underwhelming.

    I went for Valentine's Day. They had a three-course fixed price menu for $89. The thing that stood out the most was the service. Our waiter was very attentive and helpful; he must have filled my water glass five times! The appetizer was good - I had the mushroom soup. The main course (duck two ways) was excellent. We shared a dessert, which also was good. Although it was pricey, I would come back for a special occasion.

    First thing the service was horrible, they was taking our dishes even when we’re working on it every 5 minutes they come and ask if we still working on it. They gave us the bill even before we asked about it. We wanted to order more drinks but they just desisted to bring the bill. Food was expensive but taste good but we didn’t enjoy it because of the manager and servers.

    Service was bad slow and our server seemed annoyed. Took away from our experience. Food was lovely. Needs an update. The tables had scratches and quite worn.
