Fresh stone crabs are found in the warm waters of the Gulf of Mexico. They are hand harvested, one claw at a time, and thrown back to the sea. We love Joe's. It is a must do everytine we are in Vegas. The food wasn't as delicious as we are used to getting from there. My medium steak was rare, and the scallops were not cooked very well. We will go back and chalk this up to an off nught.

I was EXTREMELY disappointed with my dining experience this time. I wasn’t comfortable with the way I was tended to. I felt my waitress wasn’t really as attentive as she could’ve been. This was my birthday dinner. I dined here last year and that experience was a 180 from what I went thru this evening. I informed the gentleman who bought my crab dinner out that I didn’t feel it was the correct size portion and showed him my video of my previous birthday dinner and he assured me it was. This meal tasted NOTHING like the original experience I had last year. I did NOT like the taste at all and I STILL feel the portion did NOT measure up to the cost I was charged. I’m a combat retired Gulf War veteran with OVER 20 years of HONORABLE service to this GREAT nation and this experience really put a damper on my birthday dinner celebration. I have videos of the crab I was served this year vs the massive portion I was served only 12 months ago. In addition I was given a military discount last year, yet this year I was told ONLY active duty was allowed the discount. If it’s wasn’t for us retirees, there would be NO active duty. In conclusion, I just again want to reiterate the EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTING EXPERIENCE I had this evening and I can NOT in good conscience continue to recommend this restaurant.

Love Joes little pricey on the Stone crabs ordered 2 Colossal legs for $ 150 surprised how much they were but always good!Steak was average at best!

My husband and I are on our 14 year Anniversary and decided to have dinner at Joe’s Seafood PrimeSteak and Stone Crab. We choose the Alaskan King Crab Legs paired with a Salad and some beverages, that was recommended by our FABULOUS waiter by the name of NESTOR!! NESTOR truly made our anniversary special the recommendations were on point and he made sure to recognize that we were on our Anniversary and wished us Happy Anniversary multiple times. NESTOR was personable with my husband and I, that made us feel like we knew him. We appreciated that so much! The dining experience was the best my husband and I have experienced. Thank you NESTOR and we will definitely be back to see you!!
