   This was my first time at Jeff Ruby’s and I would definitely return again. My friend and I went for her birthday and they had a special menu with a birthday message for her. Our server, Michael G, was very informative and witty. Every staff member we interacted with was chatty and welcoming and the food of course was amazing. We will definitely be back soon!

   We came in 1/7 celebrating a birthday, after being sat we were given water by the servers assistant. About 20 minutes went by before server number one came over to ask what else we would like to drink besides water, after we ordered a drink the server came back over to tell us they didn’t have that drink (which no big deal). But then we waited another half hour until a second server came back over and introduced herself as the first server had been preoccupied with the legacy room. After introducing herself, the second server disappeared for 15 minutes and finally came back long enough for us to order salads. After we finished the salads, another 20/25 minutes go by, the server still hasn’t been back to take our order. We were sitting there this whole time with our menus closed just waiting. Finally after speaking to a manager (Casey), things only started to seem to get better when he stepped in. The service didn’t improve too much but Casey was very understanding and helped to make the night a much more enjoyable experience!

   Food is always excellent and service is second to none! Took our 12 and 14 year old sons for their first time and they were blown away by the steak and Air Ruby!

   Experience was awesome!!! Shelby and Armando were OUTSTANDING! Food was excellent! But we had a couple of issues that could not be resolved. 1. The bar table we were seated at was very high, but our seats were low. Made us feel like we were at the naughty table! Seriously - why??! 2. Our table was next to the door that leads outside. So every few minutes we experienced a cold breeze. Experience was awesome despite our issues / but it did detract from the experience.

   Amazing experience. Our server Dustin was very knowledgeable and gave great suggestions. From drinks to apps to desserts. We couldn’t have asked for better food or service. The manager Ashley stopped by and checked in on us and was very friendly and sweet. It’s was a nice touch. We will definitely come back to this location again. So many good things to say about this dining experience. Book your reservation, you won’t be disappointed.

    Our first time at this Jeff Ruby location and it didn’t disappoint. I love the whole experience and of course the food is outstanding! Jorge was great and we will definitely be back.
