   Loved getting our special table, and so glad the famous meatball was on the menu. We come here every year when in NYC.

   Food was amazing! Went for Valentine’s dinner, but wait times were horrendous. Had a 9:15 reservation and was not seated until 10!

   Made a reservation for 2 one week prior for Valentine's Day. I saw they had multiple time slots open at the time of booking which was odd to me, considering I searched at least 10 other restaurants for reservations with nothing available. Showed up to the restaurant around 7:45PM to find 20-30 couples standing in line and realized immediately that they had overbooked. Shady move, had to find another reservation.

   Giving a 0 because they took my reservation a month ahead of time but when I showed up there was a line of 40+ people. Everyone had a reservation. Literal Seinfeld moment. Took the reservation, but didn't quite HOLD the reservation. Was a total scam waited 30 min, and went down the block and paid some guy $30 so he would seat us last minute on Valentine's Day.

   Criminally overbooked on Valentines Day. 45 minute wait in freezing cold for people *with reservations*. Line was as long when we left (9:45) as when we arrived (7:30). We only stuck around because it’s where we had one of our first dates and Frank, our waiter, is the only reason we might go back. Great for your average night out, but AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE ON BUSY NIGHTS
