   Disappointed is the only word that comes to mind. We felt like a forgotten table amongst the other guests. Bread and salad service were as expected however no sorbet or follow-up after that…my wife’s prime rib was wrong 2 times and when they brought it back out for the third time it was still not good. If you screw up I get it, but the fact they didn’t ask the 3rd time tells me they don’t care. First time guest and last time guest at the same time. Restaurant did comp wife’s dinner and drinks, but too many other good options in town with much better service.

   Everything about our experience was great, from greeting, to service, to food! No notes! We had a hard out because we were going to a show and the team made sure to get us away on time with sacrificing the experience. We are planning on going back when we’re not rushed and enjoying it more!

   Hugo’s is very special. Kinda old school which I love. The beef Wellington is most delicious. They really treat woman special, rose when you enter every time. Get dressed up men wear a jacket (if you please) and feel like royalty! Prices very similar too the other high end steakhouses on the strip.

   Thank you, Hugo's Cellar, for such a great experience at your restaurant. Dear Hugo's Cellar, we just wanted to express our deepest gratitude for all the help and support that your wonderful team provided to us when we recently visited your beautiful and elegant restaurant. The restaurant is so nice, the decor is simply great and the wines, Oh don't get me started with how good the wines are. Jon Simmons, the Sommelier suggested the best wine for our taste. He is so nice and friendly. I have been coming to this restaurant for ma ny years and must order the wine from him. I like ALL the wines there, and Jon's recommendations are always spot on. Jon deserves to be awarded as the employees of the month! You guys (all at Hugo's Cellar) have such a high level of positive and can-do attitude team that it made the entire visit so memorable, so nice and relaxing and most of all friendly. I LOVE VISITING HUGO'S CELLAR RESTAURANT! I try to visit every time I have a chance coming to Las Vegas. In addition, I wanted to thank Carlos, the salad bar specialist, who made the day with the AMAZING salad he prepared for us. Every time we come, we say that the salad was the best, but this time, it was the best of the best. Thank you, Carlos, for such a great service, dedication and support. I also wanted to recognize Kathleen and Juan for great service as well. All of you work so hard, you are so friendly and communicates extremely well. Thank you for a lovely experience.     The food was excellent, the atmosphere old school and, as always, the rose was a nice touch. However, we were disappointed with the service this time. The crew worked together efficiently but should give their diners time to enjoy the atmosphere and their cocktails before rushing into dinner, isn't that how fine dining should be? The bread was platter was delivered before our cocktails. The moment we finished ordering the salad was being made and there was probably 2 minutes between our salad plates being cleared and our entrees being served. I was finished eating before my husband but, instead of waiting for him to finish, the bread and my side were cleared. No coffee or after dinner drinks were offered even though we had dessert. There are so many great restaurants in Vegas, Hugo's staff could've done a better job.
