   A bit confusing on reservations and what you get due to their remodel. Food and service were awesome. Easily a five star review if they were in their permanent location.

   Since moving into the playground, the menu at HUB seems much more limited, which is unfortunate.  also the atmosphere at the playground is much more like a sports bar than an upscale restaurant. Hopefully HUB will be moving back to its normal location shortly

   The old HUB was much quieter and quaint. The new vibe is not for those wanting a laid back, relaxing, dining experience. Food and staff were great as before.

   Had a wonderful experience at HUB Restaurant & Ice Creamery. The atmosphere was welcoming and comfortable, and the service was excellent. We ordered burgers which were delicious and perfectly prepared. The drink selection was great - we enjoyed some sodas and I particularly liked their Hazy IPA. The restaurant offers a nice blend of casual dining with quality food and attentive service. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout our meal. Would definitely recommend this place for anyone looking for good burgers in a pleasant setting with great service.

   The wait staff was great as was the Loaded baked potato soup. The turkey BLT my wife had was very good. My "THE HUB" was just okay. Having lettuce and tomato on a hamburger is fine but when you add Pastrami, not so much. That's my taste buds talking. The Cole slaw was bland. Please note The Hub is currently closed so your reservation will be handled at The Playground restaurant on the SW corner of Broadway and 5th. Very nice place.

   Beware, call a human to make your reservation or to get clear descriptions of the seating options. When I made the reservation via OpenTable, there was two options of seating to choose from, with no descriptions: "Patio" or "Other". Knowing it would be chilly at night in December, and didn't want to sit near the crazy loud Congress Street on that small patio I chose "Other". When we got there, found out they have no idea what "Other" means there, and we were placed exactly where I was trying to avoid, next to Congress Street, subjected to blasting racing engines the whole evening (luckily wasn't too cold that night since they only have outdoor heaters on the "Patio", which turns out to be a very nice sheltered area at the rear of the restaurant, away from the loud street traffic of our "Other" patio).

   I understand that the location you’re at right now is temporary but that patio is wonderful! My family and I had a great time celebrating my sister’s birthday. The food was excellent so was the surface.

    The change in location to the Playground was of surprise. The menu has been limited and the quality of food was not great for the price. Disappointed to say the least. Service was great. If you want bar food this is a great place to meet.
