   Been to multiple Hiro 88’s and this is by far the bottom ranked location. It is almost two different restaurants when compared side by side. Overall food was ok, but just missing the quality we expect. The rolls fell apart when picked up but the flavor was good. The wasabi was old and dry. Beyond that the food was good enough. The restaurant felt dirty. Just not as clean as the other Hiro 88’s I have been to. We did not go during a busy time either. It was a 7 pm reservation on a Friday night and only 3-4 tables I the restaurant. Now given the game was on and this was expected. I only mention this to bring up the cleanliness. Another odd item with our meal. We ordered a Moscow mule and had to give our id to be held so that we didn’t steal the cup. Please understand we did without discussion but we asked the server and she apologized and said they can’t serve the mugs without something to be held as several had come up missing. It is just a friction point in my mind for the overall experience.

   We had a great dining experience at Hiro Millard seated at the bar. We watched the US. soccer game, but still had a great time!

    It was warm when walking in. Walking to the table the carpet was very sticky. The drinks were not that great. Food was good. Waitress was very nice
