Enjoy well-prepared meat and more at Haus Rösgen. Its sophisticated, yet casual setting makes it a wonderful spot for dining out with old friends or a date. Haus Rösgen is open for dinner and lunch services. Guests can choose from a variety of creatively plated dishes. An appetizer of escargot in a Cafe de Paris sauce or tomato mozzarella with basil will please the palate. Argentinean beef steak filet with rosemary potatoes, spiced minced rolls or monkfish in lemon herb sauce are wonderful entrée choices. Haus Rösgen also offers vegetarian options. Das Essen und die "Beratung/Erklärung" sehr gut, freundlich und zuvorkommend. Dabei nicht aufdringlich. Die Preise sind schon im gehobenen Bereich, aber der Qualität durchaus angemessen. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

Die Bedienung war mega nett, aber nicht kompetent. Statt 5 Getränken nur 4 gebracht und dann noch gefragt, ob einer nichts trinken möchte. Zwei Mal Getränke nachgeordert, doch nichts bekommen. Garstufen des Fleisches verwechselt, Beilagen vertauscht...das war nicht gut. Geflügelfleisch zu trocken, Filetsteaks allerdings wirklich gut. Salat Buffet um 20.30Uhr nicht wirklich mehr frisch.
