   If I could give service 10 stars I would. Lindsay was incredibly welcoming, hospitable, and accommodating. Her wit, personality and sense of humor was incredible from start to finish. Her service was top notch with multiple comments circling the table as “the best service.” Now onto food…..I wish I had 2 stomachs, or maybe 5. Our group enjoyed the she crab soup, pretzel and cheese appetizer, Brussels sprouts, Mac and cheese and wedge salads as a first course. We then moved onto dinner entrees; pan seared chicken, fish and chips, burger and lobster salad without a complaint. That spiraled us into ordering every dessert on the menu without a single regret. Sweet tooth satisfied, but I wouldn’t expect anything less from the sweetest place on earth. The Mon Frère Chardonnay was tastefully selected to pair well with the cuisine, and you can’t go wrong with the Signature Hershey’s Kisses Chocolate Martini with dessert. Again, my sweet tooth is very satisfied. Other resorts should take notes from The Hotel Hershey and the hospitality their hotel, restaurants and staff provide. 10/10 without a question.

   We really enjoyed the entire evening. The food and the service were excellent. The only disappointment was two very large tables of people from a conference at the hotel making a lot noise. Suddenly it was difficult to to hear our conversation at our table.

   The food was good, I wouldn't say great. The air flow seemed stagnant, and the mixed drinks were VERY syrupy and tasted like cough syrup. The hostess was OK, I wouldn't say friendly. Our waitress was EXCELLENT. Very personable and friendly. The place and bathrooms were clean.

   Wonderful service and they even gave us two chocolate dipped strawberries with whipped cream and Happy Anniversary written in chocolate on the plate for our anniversary. It was delightful Thank you

   We love staying at Hotel Hershey, which has a farm to table restaurant. Working with local farms to bring fresh seasonal menu offerings to patrons is incredibly important. The food is very delicious. I had the pan seared cobia and it was amazing. It is also a kid-friendly restaurant that provides a wide selection for the little ones. My children had the salmon and beef tenderloin medallion. Thank you for being thoughtful. I have to add that the attention to detail is impeccable. Traditionally, when the kid’s menu comes with crayons, it would be the primary colors (red, blue, and yellow) with green. But at Hersheys, their Crayola crayons are custom ordered to include brown (Hershey bars), orange (Reese), silver (Kiss), and green to color in their characters! They go out of their way to make the experience extra sweet!

   Enjoyed a nice quiet lunch here on Sunday. Everyone at my table had delicious juicy burgers.
