He had a great personality and very upbeat. And he did not miss with any of his recommendations from the cocktail list to the main course. The lobster sacchetti was the beat dish I’ve had here lobster in every bite. We will definitely back and hopefully get him next time as well. This has been my best experience here !!!                                                                                                                       Purposefully pre-ordered Woodford Bread Pudding dessert when placing drink order knowing it takes 30 minutes to prepare so that waiter could time delivery. Guess what, it did not come till 30+ minutes after table cleared while surrounding tables received theirs. Slab Bacon appetizer was overcooked. Shrimp cocktail size has been reduced. On a positive note the Ribeye steak was very good served medium. I have been coming to Harry & Izzy’s 1-2 times per year since opening and unfortunately they need to step up their “game” in this restaurant market price range. When dropping $400 on a dinner for four, expectations are high. Update - General Manager Jeremy reached out to me Monday morning to apologize for my experience and asked that I come back again soon. Handled professionally and I appreciate.
