    There were plastic in my food, and then you come with the bill, and highlight that I should pay max tips. If you put plastic in your food, it should be free food, AND some service. Where I come from Denmark, it’s free and they do all what they can for there mistake

    We were seated downstairs which was quite warm but buzzy atmosphere. Drinks were amazing!! Mojito was on the strong side if anything! Ordered loaded nachos to share for starter, prob enough for 4 people, too much for only 2 persons. Fajitas for main, should have ordered one between two as portions were massive!! Some interesting memorabilia throughout….Elton Johns costume, Bob Dylan’s guitar, Madonna’s bra etc Bit on the pricey side but lovely experience right in the middle of Times Square

    Great enjoyable experience, staff were wonderful. As a New Yorker myself, I brought my foreign friends from China for the first time and they had a blast . Food was great. Service was fantastic. Thank you Amber for the evening.

    As a Rock and Roll nerd, I was blown away by all the iconic items on display. If this was a museum visit, I would have been extremely satisfied. However, I was underwhelmed by the restaurant experience. We ordered nachos for the table as an appetizer, but it was served at the same time as our entrees. In addition, the salsa and sour cream were not available for the nachos. Who serves nachos without salsa? To add insult to injury, the waitress kept my itemized receipt. Very frustrating.

    Hosts were good enough to take us a little early but that was the highlight. Nachos were slow coming out, dry and lacking toppings. The entrees were brought out twice whilst we were still eating starter. When we were ready for the entrees they had clearly been sitting under a heat lamp for too long. The Mac and cheese was crusty on the top and the burger was cold inside.
