    Loved our server and the energy around, food was not the hype. Had steak salads and both were over cooked and Lettuce was drenched in dressing. For the wait and booking we won’t be drawn to a Hard Rick again.

    Food was delivered quickly, delicious and big serves. Our waiter Jimmy (I think) was great; very attentive, polite and friendly.

    We were expecting the classic Hard Rock Cafe Experience, but upon arrival we were informed that there was a special ticketed event happening in the main dining room and people with regular reservations were seated in a bland overflow dining room. We could’ve eaten at the Applebee’s for half of the price for the same experience. The only reason why we stayed is because it’s Time Square and you pretty much need a reservation to sit down and eat anywhere in a timely fashion, and this is where we made our reservation. Very disappointing but our server, Humberto, was very attentive and provided great service. Of course the prices were the same, despite not having the classic experience.
