We could not have asked for a more delightful evening, from the warm ambiance to the friendly and helpful server, Suhey! Not being crowded, it was a treat to meet Gerardo, the chef. At the end, one goes out to dine for the cuisine and every part was delicious! The basic sauce on the Caesar salad... perfectly cooked Gnocchi... savory meatballs and a flounder that was everything it was described to be! There were also a great assortment of deserts to top things of. In reading the reviews Gnocchi was referred to as a " hidden gem"! I couldn't agree more and look forward to my next visit!

We had an amazing dining experience at Gnocchi. We were seated immediately. We both ordered specials, lobster ravioli and ricotta gnocchi. The food was served quickly and did not disappoint! We definitely plan on going back.

**An Unforgettable Dining Experience** This restaurant truly amazed us! From the warm greeting by the chef (and a complimentary bottle of wine!) to the impeccable food, every moment was memorable. We started with a burrata that melted in our mouths and a perfectly dressed Caesar salad. The gnocchi stole the show—one with mascarpone, the other with bolognese—both light, flavorful, and absolutely perfect. For dessert, the chef’s sister crafted a delicate, buttery hazelnut biscuit, and we also enjoyed a decadent chocolate-encrusted cannoli. As a final surprise, the chef served his homemade limoncello, icy and refreshing—a flawless finish. With a festive, warm atmosphere and attentive service, this was more than a meal—it was an experience. Highly recommend!

Going to Gnocchi is always a fantastic experience. This visit we were celebrating my mom’s birthday with her two grandkids. They expertly handled having two kids and even managed to make my mom’s birthday extra special with their delicious panna cotta. The food is excellent. The Bolognese is like my grandmom used to make it. And the bites I had of the special mushroom gnocchi was excellent. Special thanks for the chef for accommodating a dairy allergy which I know is especially difficult with Italian cuisine. We will be back soon!

We went on NYE so crowds and noise are meant to be expected. The set menu was 70$ per person and while another family in the restaurant made a big deal over the price and made a scene walking out (the looked nuts) that was probably one of the lowest prices I saw for the evening. And you got four courses. Were they huge? No. They didn’t need to be. They were simple and good. We don’t need to stuff ourselves. The artichoke dish was phenomenal and the food was light. That’s a good thing. Many people around us were pleased. Only the one family of three that made it into something. The owner even went over and spoke to them but the wife looked ridiculous with her behavior. I commend the restaurant and the food. I will definitely go back on a regular night as the menu looks good. When we arrived, there was a couple sitting next to us who lived in South Philly for 60 years and they said the food is good. And if they have lived there that long their opinion is the one who matters. Thank you gnocchi!!! And the tiramisu was delicious as well!!!

What a wonderful hidden gem! The owner/chef was so welcoming to all of us! There was an extremely friendly hostess there to greet us when we entered the restaurant. Once seated, the owner came out to personally welcome us and explain the specials. Everyone loved their entrees especially the gnocchi! Perfecto! When we entered, I happened to mention that it was my mother's birthday and the owner brought a special dessert out for her and sang happy birthday with us. Thank you for making my mother feel special! We will definitely be back!!
