Some of the best food in the theater district. They also well understand the theater clientele and get them out in time for performances.

Pros: Food was outstanding. Atmosphere was nice and noise was not that loud. Cons: We did not have good service. After sitting for 15 minutes we had to ask for a server to come over. We ordered drinks and waited another 10 minutes, and had to ask once more, for them. Thus we were there about 25 minutes, and had to speak up twice, before receiving drinks. We again had to flag the waiter, with the help of other restaurant employees, to order. We again had poor service while trying to get the check. We had to ask twice, and finally had to speak loudly, "SIR", twice, before getting our check. He kept walking by our table and saying "I'll be back", but did not come back. We were in the restaurant over 2 hours for an experience that should have been 1.5 hours, max. And the meal would have taken longer than that had we not repeatedly had to ask for service; twice reaching out to other staff member to help us find our waiter. Food was excellent. Service was poor.

The food and service was fine, we chose this restaurant because we were going to a show and knew based on reviews it was average and it was definitely average. Dirty martinis were great, beet salad and lamb Bolognese solid, crab cake meh. Service was average at best. We did love the holiday decorations and our sever was super nice.

Service was terrible for brunch, two of three meals were awful. It took 15 minutes for them to decide who our wire was and then another 15 minutes to get water. Cocktails were good but honestly, I wouldn’t go back.

Unable to tweak orders. Example is switching out type of cheese in the omelette

We enjoyed Glass House Tavern before a Saturday matinee of Stereophonic. The carmelized banana pumpkin pancakes and the House made Bagel with Salmon were outstanding.

Wonderful place for dinner before our show. Seated timely for our reservation. Food was outstanding! Short ribs were amazing! Best choice on the menu. Salmon was good, with fantastic roasted corn couscous. Service was tremendous, kept our timing perfectly to get to theater. Highly recommended for preshow meal!

During our trip to New York, we had the pleasure of dining at Glass House, and we can’t recommend it enough. The food was absolutely delicious, the service was impeccable, and the manager, Elie, went above and beyond to make our experience memorable. We initially struggled to secure a second reservation before a show, but Elie worked his magic and accommodated us at a wonderful table. His kindness and professionalism truly stood out, and we are so grateful for his efforts. Glass House is a gem, and thanks to Elie and his incredible team, it has become one of our favorite dining experiences.
