   Very good service dropped a fork and a waiter replaced it asap. Food was great and the show cook gave us was great. The portions is very good I cleaned the whole plate but it was a challenge towards the end. I would go again only being mindful of what I ordered

   The food and staff were awesome! It was just really cold in the area we were sitting even with the heater they had going.

   Best experience ever! Reservations at 7:30.. we were in and out by 8:30. Amazing, since it was Valentines Day too. Thankyou for the experience!

   We loved everything ! Even the cocktails were good. The only thing that was uncomfortable was how cold it was, I had to keep my jacket on and still felt like ac was blowing on me. Otherwise amazing and will definitely be back!

   Very good food and service, but the restaurant was super cold! Like we could see our breath! Our server was very sweet and placed a heater near our table (staff told us that the restaurant is super cold in the winter and very hot in the summer).  Come on Fujiyama‘s! Get your HVAC fixed!

   We were excited to celebrate our daughter's birthday, but this dining experience turned into the worst one we've had here. We were seated 1st & then a large Spanish speaking party was seated. It took over half an hour to get any drinks & our waiter didn't check on us at all, but brought a couple refills towards the end of our meal, just before he brought the check. We ordered our drinks & appetizers at the same time as the other party & theirs were delivered pretty quickly. Our appetizers only showed up after I hunted our waiter down almost half an hour after the other party got theirs. When we ordered, each group was asked if we were here for a special occasion, the other group spoke up 1st, mentioning that it was one of the women's birthday. I then mentioned it being my daughters 13th birthday & then the food orders were placed. When our chef arrived, he verified orders but spent extra time conversing in Spanish & laughing while the other party looked at my family, this made us very confused & we felt like we were being laughed at. Throughout the cooking process, the chef (who we've had before, and he treated us very well those times) completely ignored our family & my daughter, but gave all of his attention to the other lady with a birthday, joking with her & her family. He spent the entire service speaking Spanish with them & not even a word to us when he was "quickly shoveling" our food onto our plates. Before leaving, he mentioned "feliz cumpleaños" which I know to be happy birthday, to the other lady but completely ignored my daughter. When they came to the table with the drums to sing happy birthday, they brought only 1 piece of cake with a candle & a gentleman from the other party was the one to get their attention about it being my daughter's birthday also as they were beginning to sing. The waitress seemed a bit upset about having to run to the kitchen for a 2nd piece of cake & then they sang. This was a heartbreaking dinner! Do better Fujiyama!

   We always enjoy going here for New Years Eve. However, this year we felt totally rushed and food boxes and check were laid on the table when we first started eating. We were told by the waitress that this is their busiest night of the year and they need to move people through fast. Food quality and drinks were mediocre this year as well.

   We were sitted at our reservation time and waited over 30 minutes for a server to take our orders. The food was great, and the chef did an excellent good preparing it and providing entertainment.

    Great experience! The waitress sat us right away, brought drinks and took our order. Food was amazing, and so was the dinner show. Fresh and delicious.
