We were a party of four . It was a busy Saturday night so we had waited a long time for our drinks but our server did greet us upon arrival and took our drink order . this restaurant is a rip off !! We ordered the the ribeye special which consist of a ribeye , mash potatoes and spinach with 3 grilled shrimp for $140. Shame on us for not asking but the waiter never disclosed the price and on was never told there was an up charge for the shrimp. When he presented the special he included the shrimp but we got charged an extra $60. This plate was $160. Total bill for 4 was $750 not including tip. So be mindful when ordering specials here. The waiter was good at selling the specials. Just wish he would have informed us of the price and up charge of shrimp. This was my second time here and I will not be returning back to this restaurant. I’ve been to better steakhouses

We have been to this restaurant on several occasions and typically enjoy dining there. Although in the recent months, we have noticed how it is declining This visit was the absolute worst. On this visit, we brought another couple with us who had never been there, and we encourage them to join us as we thought they would enjoy it. We had 7 o’clock reservations snd or seated immediately waited 10 minutes for a server to come over to greet us. We ordered drinks and appetizers waited about 20 minutes before the drinks were served, then another 15 before the appetizers were brought One of the drinks, a martini, was only filled halfway, but we didn’t say anything because we didn’t wanna wait if they had to send it back Also put our dinner order in and waited and waited. We asked the server what the delay was and she said it will be out. It took well over an hour from the time we ordered dinner until it was served. One of the meals was a fillet and was served less than room temperature and dry out. Needless to say, we didn’t eat it ( but it was good enough to take Home to our family dog, who had no problem with it. The other three meals or edible, but not hot. We didn’t want to send the food back because it was close to 9 o’clock and didn’t want to wait any longer. They did remove the cost of the two appetizers we ordered. Also, we did ask to speak to the manager, however he was busy in the kitchen.

Food was good. Service ok, took a little while for our drinks and the one of them came out wrong. Thought it should have been faster as it was early and not packed

On February 15th, my boyfriend and I dined at the Twin River steakhouse before the Brian McKnight concert. The evening started well—great drinks and appetizers—but quickly went downhill with the entrées. His well-done steak arrived nearly raw, though our server took full responsibility and sincerely apologized, which we appreciated. However, the redo took ages, and my medium-rare prime rib was the toughest I’ve ever had. We intended to request the check early to stay on schedule, but our server vanished. I left for the restroom, expecting the bill to be settled when I returned, only to find my boyfriend still waiting. Service was painfully slow, his beer went unrefilled, and by the time we finally paid, we had to rush to the concert. The beef carpaccio was great, and we appreciated the server’s accountability, but the overall experience was frustrating and disappointing.

My $56 petite filet was room temperature, and cooked Well, though I ordered medium well. Vegetables with hubby's salmon were minimal. Salad was good value. We were super surprised to see a "service charge"(3%)added to the bill with no warning. Not noted on the menu. Manager said there was a sign posted at the front of the restaurant, but we asked the hostess and there was no such sign. I asked where the service fee goes and the manager said "to Corporate". Will not go back.
